System Types


Boiler swaps: - normally the most cheapest way to improve your heating system, this will normally involve swapping your existing heat only or combination boiler to a new high efficient condensing boiler. This type of system is good if you just want to cause minimum disruption to your home.

System upgrades: - this will involve fitting a new high efficient condensing boiler and upgrading you existing heating controls like your pump, motorised valves, thermostats and timers, also your cylinder might need to be changed to current regulations. This type of system is ideal if you want to update your system with out going to mains pressure especially if the mains pressure is poor.

Combination conversions: - this will involve removing your existing heat only boiler, hot water cylinder and cold-water storage tanks and replacing them with a combination boiler that will provide all your hot and cold water need at mains pressure with no need for noisy shower or booster pumps. These types of system are ideal if you live in a flat, maisonette or a small house and have a maximum of one bathroom and a shower room and want the benefits of mains pressure.

Unvented hot water systems: - this system involves changing your existing hot water cylinder, removing your cold-water storage tanks and converting all hot and cold water systems to mains pressure of 3bar to provide equal pressure through out the home. This type of system is ideal if there are more than two bathrooms in your home because it provides more stored hot water and produces less of a pressure drop when an additional tape is opened than a standard combination boiler.

New central heating systems: - this will involve installing new radiators and a new boiler by replacing old radiators, pipe work and the boiler for new or fitting a new heating system in a home that has never had a heating system before.

All systems will be power flushed to manufactures instructions and carry a minimum two-year guarantee.
